Course Description: The main objective of this course unit is to provide students with thorough knowledge of population models and their applications. This unit will provide a great opportunity for the students to understand how any given population phenomenon can be modeled with the use of already existing models.

This course provides comprehensive knowledge on methods and techniques of population projections. Through this course a student would gain knowledge and skills that are required to understand the national and sub-national level population projections and their applications.
