As we are coming to the end of our semester, it’s time to work on the Student Feedback Forms. As the LMS is up and running I am herewith sharing with you the link for student feedback forms attached. I have also attached the Google Form link as well, in case. Please share it with your students in respective courses to collect the feedback.

As we all are teaching many modules attached to the respective departments, if you can collect feedback from at least one course module with higher response rate, that would be perfectly fine. Normally to create the report it’s best to have at least 75% response rate.
You can use any method that you have previously used to share the LMS link with the students, and please encourage them to fill the forms as soon as the semester ends.
